Admin Assistant III
Location: Washington, DC
Provide administrative, recordkeeping, budget, and/or logistical support to the SVP/Chief Architect. Draw upon experience and judgment to maintain schedules, track and document unit activity, and prepare for meetings and the meeting materials with little supervision. Perform a lead role in coordinating meetings and events with multiple managers or offices. Create administrative practices that ensure efficiency and consistency within the office. May be asked to assist in the preparation of documents and presentations. Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook. Experience with other Microsoft applications a plus.
