The Client Management group manages sales, relationship management, and certain transaction execution and management functions.  Our scope encompasses all segments of clients, with a particular emphasis on nearly 1000 small to mid-sized clients.

Your Impact:
The Executive Coordinator for Client Management supports the Vice President and four Director level direct reports and their teams – a total of 65 people – many of whom work remotely or in regional offices.  Because this is a sales organization, this is a fast-paced environment with very high standards for excellence and professionalism.  In this role, you will help our Client Management team achieve and exceed those standards both with clients and our internal business partners. Professional presence, timeliness, accuracy, urgency, initiative and anticipation are critical characteristics you will convey to the team, our internal colleagues, and most importantly to our clients. You will collaborate with other Executive Coordinators within the Client & Community Engagement organization to support the rest of the team.

Successful outcomes in this role include:
• Anticipation and proactive, urgent attention and action related to the needs of the Vice President and Directors.
• Continuously updated, well managed executive calendars that balance client engagement, business strategy and management priorities, team engagement and communication, and team development and coaching.
• Timely, accurate, efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements and associated expense reports.
• Professional engagement with client executives and their support staff to arrange calls and meetings, including collaboration with the events planning staff.
