IT Project Manager Specialist ( Incident and Problem Management)

I&CM Technology Operations Transformation role:
1. Tailor ICM Technology Operations based on Nimble’s transparent operations model
2. Adopt formal incident and problem management discipline
• Participate in inflight incidents
• Liaise with Incident and Problem Management — participate/facilitate/lead post-incident follow-up activities
• Perform/facilitate internal postmortems
• Develop remedial action plans to minimize repeated production outages
3. Collect metrics and drive improvements
4. Develop plans for monitoring and automation
5. Provide regular reports on incidents and business impacts
