Contact Center Representative Professional
All candidates must be either a US Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Card as well as be a direct W-2 employee to our vendors.
Agent will be responsible for answering consumer calls, providing information regarding mortgage relief options, and escalating issues as necessary. Agent will need to have a good understanding of loss mitigation options, good communication skills, ability to analyze situations quickly, work in a high paced environment, and diffuse escalate issues. Agent will must have strong communication and analytical skills along with mortgage industry knowledge with at least 5 years’ experience in a contact center or consumer facing role.
• Contact center experience in loan/mortgage industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Salesforce experience a plus
