Scrum Master Senior

Location: McLean, VA

Experience with Managing AWS Cloud projects is preferred.

Experience with the most common pillars of AWS cloud products is preferred

Required Skills/Experience

A deep understanding of DevOps culture, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices & life cycles.
Demonstrable experience with Scrum Management. Must have played the Scrum Master role in and have applied Scrum principles & practices in projects.
Understand Product Roadmap.
Experience with Agile techniques: Iterative product discoveries, user stories, estimation, planning, maintain backlog, prioritization techniques, measure velocity and burn-rate.
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo
Track and remove impediments.
Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Understanding of Test pipeline i.e. continuous integration, continuous & automated testing.
Extensive experience of managing an assortment of business & technology relationships, facilitating notification and coordination between teams & proactively identifying and addressing any operational risks and then taking appropriate actions.
Proficient in across the board collaboration, including breaking down complex requirements, breaking them into digestible tasks, capturing detailed acceptance criteria, developing release plans and maintaining ownership to completion.
Stakeholder management, negotiation & communication skills.
Familiarity with the toolchain - JIRA/Confluence for Product Management, Jenkins for CI/CD & Release Management
