IT Support Specialist II - Offsite
Location: Remote, VA
- Production background/experience is must to provide L2 support for various applications.
- Perform Troubleshoot issues and Communicate effectively. Follow-up on root cause analysis.
- Able to support 24/7 on-call rotation for various applications in Production.
- Experience on batch support (Autosys and UNIX).
- Manage Incident and Change Management activities along with partnering with Dev teams and other project stakeholders.
- Knowledge on AWS will be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
