IT Support Specialist II - Offsite

Location: Remote, VA


  • Production background/experience is must to provide L2 support for various applications.
  • Perform Troubleshoot issues and Communicate effectively. Follow-up on root cause analysis.
  • Able to support 24/7 on-call rotation for various applications in Production.
  • Experience on batch support (Autosys and UNIX).
  • Manage Incident and Change Management activities along with partnering with Dev teams and other project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge on AWS will be a plus.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
