Defines compelling product vision, and illustrate the associated product design

Skillfully interacts with customers to understand their objectives and pain points
Actively engages in discussions with tech lead to evaluate technical approach and constraints, risks when deciding product goals
Works to understand technical complexity and how it affects delivery cadence, success

Actively manages product scope (e.g. MVP) and defines meaningful user stories based on regular consumer testing
Builds strong working cadence with SMs, Tech Leads to enhance product delivery with process and technical input
Leads sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings with efficiency, focusing on outcomes
Effectively manages backlog, including strong prioritization
Aims to effectively address issues in adherence to OKRs
Shows ability to solve product-related questions while considering stakeholder goals and domain knowledge
Illustrates existing product roadblocks to team and provides advice on overcoming them
Effectively structures, addresses product issues that are uncertain or ambiguous
Communicates candidly and clearly to actively engage stakeholders to solve important product-related topics, barriers
