IT Support Specialist II - OFFSITE

Location: Remote, VA


Job description/ Responsibilities -

o Provide Production Support(L2 support) for EDI/DW/Legal & Compliance applications

o Perform shakeout execution, release/deployment support troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively. Follow-up on root cause analysis.

o Manage incident and Change Management activities along with partnering with Dev teams and other project stakeholders

o Production support background. AWS app support experience and batch support(Autosys and UNIX)

o Participate on the 24/7 on-call rotation.

 

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.

• 2-4 years of support experience required.(AWS,Unix and Autosys)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Work well within a team
