8094 - Sharepoint Consultant

Location: Washington, DC

Job Description: We need a versatile resource to run the operations for our Single-Family Events Portal. The Portal is built on Office 365 SharePoint and the ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Coordinate and execute the SF Marketing Team’s Event strategy, including; collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify upcoming Events, log all Event information in the Portal, prepare and manage an Events calendar, assist to develop supporting materials to store for Event details (PowerPoints, Project Plans, Communications), setup notifications within the Portal to be alerted when a certain task/submission has taken place on the Portal and take appropriate actions as necessary
  • Identify and assist to develop enhancements to the SharePoint portal which will drive usability of the site and increase functionality (additional list views, graphics, basic workflows, notifications, adding new Web Parts, integrations, etc)
  • Work to identify the key reporting metrics needed for senior management (e.g. traffic, usage, # of Events, time taken to respond to Event inquiries, etc) and develop a repeatable process to generate reports out on stated key analytics
  • Assist on on-going projects as directed
  • SharePoint Admin experience, specifically with SharePoint Online (MS Office 365 version)
  • Experience with Javascript, CSS, SharePoint Branding
