Location: McLean, VA

•    Create and maintain fees and approval authorities within Pricing Manager Applications.
•    Prepare, obtain approvals and distribute approved pricing for downstream consumption
•    Generate and analyze routine reports for setup accuracy, financial impact & compliance reviews; working issues through to resolution
•    Monitor department mailbox; responding to questions in a timely manner, escalating when appropriate
•    Participate in activities that support ongoing system development & deployments (e.g. process redesign, Day1 setups, risk & controls,                 usability testing)
•    Implement departmental policies and procedures as intended
•    Produce supporting documentation for requests (e.g., Audit, Lines of Defense, etc.)
•    Other duties as assigned and/or generating ideas that contribute to the betterment of the department

Other Skills:

•    Attention to detail; understanding importance of setup accuracy
•    Experience in following established and documenting new processes (e.g. job aids, procedures, process flows)
•    MS Office – Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint & Visio
•    Proven time management skills working in an ever-changing environment, while prioritizing multiple assignments
•    Experience in effectively communicating with business partners inside and outside of the department
