8571 - Project Manager (Test Management Office)

Location: Herndon, VA

The position requires a Project Manager specific to Test Organization to coordinate planning, scheduling and dependency management across multiple applications and teams. The candidate will help the Test leads/Managers and Program manage the E2nd to End Test Management Office. This position may need to drive/support/track/coordinate demand/activities/facilitates, reviews, and demos and manage the schedule deliveries etc.

Work with the team for working sessions, Retrospective and Integrations activities. Manage the cross team dependencies. Facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner.

Manage the working mechanisms across team including planning &execution, communication and training to ensure all efforts are coordinated.

Provide guidance/support to E2E Test organization in regards to plan, document slides for strategies and options

Coordinate & Engage with needed parties to get stakeholder readiness and works tools such as JIRA, MS Project Server to support the E2E test organization etc.

Assess compliance of Test process with accepted methodology and communicate to responsible managers or staff. Document exceptions or deviations as needed. Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved.

Report on progress of E2E Test, perform CR Analysis, Test strategy, decks and presentations etc.
