System Administrator Desktop

Location: McLean, VA

Candidate will support Desktop and Mobile Platform.  This includes support for the entire lifecycle of Desktop and Mobile equipment from obtaining equipment through disposal.  In addition, to performing PC and Mobile deployment, the candidate shall also perform operational inspections of Conference Room phones.

Basic Requirements
•    Associate Degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline
•    Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience 
•    Demonstrates Excellent Customer Service
•    Operates as a Self-Starter
•    Shows ability to work in a Team environment
•    Demonstrates ability to follow operational procedures
•    Demonstrates ability to update operational procedures under direction
•    Plans and executes tasks as scheduled
•    Possesses strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
•    Demonstrates Working knowledge of PC Hardware and SW Installation Options and Configuration Settings
•    Displays Working Knowledge of Incident Management and Service Ticketing Systems
•    Working knowledge of Asset Inventory and Controls
•    Working knowledge with Mobile Device Hardware Setup and Configuration
•    Working knowledge of Mobile Device Service Activation and support
•    Shows Familiarity with Software Discovery and Automated Software Installation Tools
•    Working knowledge of the following is required: Windows 7, Office

Preferred Skills 

•    Working knowledge of the following: Windows 10, Office 2016, AD, SCCM Software Portal and AppSense
•    Working knowledge of Blackberry; Apple iOS; and Android
•    Working knowledge of Service Now, Bit locker, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Apple iOS; Access; Visio; Eracent; and Equitrac.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related discipline
•    ITIL Foundation
•    A+ Certification
•    Process Workflows

Customer Service Orientation
