Business Operations Associate

Location: McLean, VA, VA


Responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology infrastructure and specific business functions. Handles transactional work related to customer and user system access. May assist with project work including business requirements, project and process specifications and coordinate with project teams to ensure projects are successfully integrated into business processes. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy of technical analysis and overall adequacy. 

 

Basic Requirements:
•              2-4 years of work experience in banking, operations, system information or related experience
•              Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
•              Ability to troubleshoot user related issues in an application
•              Comfortable with changing priorities due to business needs
•              Strong analytical skills with orientation to detail
•              Knowledge of user access management and/or mortgage banking line of business
•              Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

Preferred Skills
•              Experience in Primary Mortgage or Secondary Mortgage environment
•              Experience in Information Security or Data Management
•              Reporting and Analytics background in SAS/SQL/Microstrategy
