Seeking a contingent worker to be part of the Investments and Capital Markets CFO department as a Financial Analyst.  The Investments and Capital Markets CFO department is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, portfolio risk and profitability analysis, pricing and valuation activities, and financial planning & analysis for Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets segment.  The contingent worker will be responsible for reporting on the profitability of the Cash Window business.  Responsibilities include:

Developing and executing daily and monthly reporting on the profitability of the Cash Window desk. 
Executing daily and monthly controls to validate the accuracy of profitability Cash Window reporting.   
Interacting with the Cash Window portfolio managers within the Investments and Capital Markets division on portfolio activities and results.  
Developing and/or modifying queries and reporting tools to streamline or enhance reporting processes.  
Minimum of 4 years of experience in fixed income, financial services, and/or financial analysis
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint and the aptitude to learn other software
Proficiency with SQL
Ability to multi-task
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Strong attention to detail  

Secondary mortgage markets experience
Proficiency with Python
