Project Manager Senior (Temp to Hire)

Location: McLean, VA

This is for a Temp to Hire position on the Information Technology (IT) Executive Communications and Reporting team. 

The work falls into the following categories:

IT Executive Communications 
•  Enable the simplification of complex ideas, strategies, financial metrics and industry data into clear and concise messages that resonate with an internal C-Suite audience, Board of Directors and external stakeholders
•  Design, develop and communicate materials for executive-level and senior leadership meetings to articulate the direction, priorities, decisions, risks and goals of the IT Division
•  Regularly interact with Officers and Directors on Transformation initiative matters to incorporate commentary used for executive reporting
•  Partner with stakeholders to critically analyze and report on key metrics for board, executive, departmental and project-level briefings
•  Provide support to other IT initiatives and business process improvement projects

Executive Reporting and Change Management
•  Document, operate and maintain operational processes and procedures to support management routines
•  Refine operations to enable Office of the CIO leadership to deliver effective communications and messaging
•  Partner with stakeholders to define new reporting needs and change management of existing executive reports
•  Apply change management to the Executive Communications Playbook, to include updates and modifications as needed
•  Build common templates and best practices for creating presentation decks and meeting artifacts that will accelerate presentation material development

•  Experience facilitating adaptive change to meet the demands of a critical and complex division of the enterprise, while managing multiple initiatives and time sensitive processes simultaneously 
•  Ability to develop positive working relationships and interact effectively and influence all levels of staff and with multiple business partners and stakeholders
•  Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
