Email Marketer Senior

Location: McLean, VA


The Email Marketer role in the Single-Family division will be responsible for establishing, educating, and enhancing email best practices using Eloqua (preferred) or similar marketing automation platform. Your role will fall under the following primary categories:
•Manage the end-to-end building, optimizing, reporting and scaling of enterprise email campaigns
•Track record delivering projects and completing tasks on time
•Collaborate with stakeholders in designing and integrating marketing automation strategies based on audience segments that reach and resonate with targeted prospects leveraging existing content and / or generating new content / using signature rules
•Develop and execute customer segmentation strategy based on profile data (i.e. using fields such as title data, CRM data, job level or classification) to deliver targeted messaging and ensure maximum marketing efficiency
•Identify and vet opportunities for automated programs by collaborating with stakeholders 
•Collaborate with Third Party providers
•Process email deployment requests, reviewing campaign details to confirm all items align with email best practices, SLA timelines, channel requirements, etc.
•Provide support and guidance to Marketing Managers across the organization.
•Investigate email campaign set up challenges (data file questions, testing strategy).
•Process requests for dynamic content templates for use within emails, uploading to UI and managing template library.
Support team on enterprise-wide digital strategy as it relates to the email channel
 
-Minimum 2+ years of email marketing experience required 
-Minimum 5-7 yrs experience in Digital Marketing
-Project management experience is a plus
-Strong strategic mindset and customer focus
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail is critical
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable communicating with both marketing partners and tech partners
-Energetic and self-driven personality with a persistent desire to learn and grow professionally
-Bachelor's degree required
