HR Business Partner, Senior

 - working with employees, managers, and leaders in performance management;
 - supporting reorganizations and terminations;
 - partnering on corporate HR programs with HR specialists;

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

- Work with people managers and employees on topics like performance management, reorganizations, position eliminations, etc.
- Coach managers in effective and proactive people management subjects
- Understand and mitigate corporate risk associated with relevant employment laws/policies
- Partner with our employment law team and our employee benefits team
- Advise on complex leave topics (ADA, FMLA, etc.) when escalated beyond standard process
- Support the broader HR Business Partner community (i.e., focus groups, team builds, talent reviews, etc.)

Qualifications: 

- 5-7 years of related experience
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a role that offers comparable experience
