Change Lead Senior

Cultural Transformation
•    Work closely with project team to understand specific project objectives, timelines, and impacts to end users
•    Work directly with sponsors or business owners of the change
•    Understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization 
•    Assess audience readiness for the change including identifying risks and anticipated points of resistance; evaluate the results and present findings
•    Develop an actionable change management strategy for the change based on situational awareness of the details of the change
•    Manage execution of change management strategies based on considerations of the Freddie Mac’s environment, stakeholder needs, and the desired future state
•    Manage completion of the change impact analysis and gathering stakeholder impacts from the client’s transformation initiative
•    Collaborate with the IT Communications team to design and deliver high-impact communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns
•    Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to evaluate training needs and create training tools and materials that create ownership of the solution
•    Conduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies for sustained change
•    Identify resistance and/or performance gaps, and work to develop and implement responsive actions
•    Create and enable reinforcement plans and celebrations of success
•    Share lessons learned and best practices with project team, Learning & Cultural Transformation team, business owners, and sponsors

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree 
•    5+ years of related experience in change management, talent strategy, and/or organizational design 
•    Deep experience owning the development and delivery of comprehensive, actionable change management and engagement plans/activities for change projects 
•    Proven experience in large-scale, complex business transformation and/or technology adoption efforts
•    Collaborated with client stakeholders and project leaders to understand change adoption risks, develop change risk mitigation tactics, execute change enablement plans and set expectations on tasks for which you will be responsible

•    Prior “Big 4” consulting firm experience 
•    Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification is a plus 
•    Worked on cross-functional project teams comprised of members with diverse skill-sets
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
