Financial Management Associate
Location: McLean, VA
Overview of Role:
As a Financial Management Associate on the Expense Management Team, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying expense reports to ensure they adhere to the Travel and Expense policy of the corporation. You will also be creating and maintaining travel profiles both in our travel planner tool as well as in PeopleSoft. You may also be asked to help run pay cycles, assist employees with questions pertaining to travel, corporate credit card and corporate purchasing card as well as other ad hoc requests that may be asked of the team.
1-3 Years of experience in General Finance and Accounting Travel and Expense Reimbursement experience a plus.
Must have experience in Microsoft Suite and PeopleSoft Financial Software.
Experience with Travel and/or Purchase Card programs would be a bonus but not required.
