IT Support Specialist II

Location: Reston, VA


Job description/ Responsibilities:

  • Provide Production Support for ERM/CLM/BAS applications

  • Production support background/experience is must.

  • Able to support 24/7 on-call rotation for various applications in Production.

  • Perform Troubleshoot issues and Communicate effectively. Follow-up on root cause analysis.

  • Experience on batch support(Autosys and UNIX).

  • Manage Incident and Change Management activities along with partnering with Dev teams and other project stakeholders.

  • Knowledge on AWS will be a plus/preferred but not mandatory

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.

  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience required.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, Problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
