Recruiter Senior

Location: McLean, VA

Your Impact:
• Source, screen, interview and hire qualified candidates using a variety of traditional and emerging recruitment methods
• Develop external recruiting strategies and execute on those strategies to meet hiring goals
Inform clients of labor market conditions on a regular basis
• Develop a continuous pipeline of top talent through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Effectively collaborate and partner with team members and colleagues

• Minimum of 5 years of related recruitment experience, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Skilled at developing and executing effective sourcing and assessment approaches
• Experienced in assessing skills and performing compensation analysis
• Effective negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with assigned client groups and candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and web based sourcing tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
